Official opening of the new warehouse in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda!
On June 12th, we celebrated the official opening of our new headquarters in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Spain. The opening of our new site was the highlight of the day. Although the facility has already been fully operational for several months, we wanted to mark the occasion with a special celebration. And what better moment than to align it with two major milestones: 80 years of De Rijke Group and 30 years of De Rijke Transportes & Logística España SL!
The event was honored by the presence of the mayor of Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, who delivered a speech about the importance of collaboration between businesses and the local community. Her words emphasized the value of building sustainable and committed relationships with the surrounding environment.
Following her speech, our CEO, Kees de Rijke, and the Managing Director of De Rijke Transportes & Logística España SL, Mike Schreuders, addressed the audience to speak about the new site and highlight the key role that innovation and sustainability play in the future of our operations.
A centralized logistics hub for transport and storage
This new site represents not only a festive occasion but also a key step in the evolution of our operations in Spain. From this centralized location, we offer a wide range of logistics services, including:
- National and international transport
- Storage of hazardous goods (ADR)
- Temperature-controlled storage
- Cross-docking and order picking
Thanks to these modern facilities, we can serve our customers even more efficiently, with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and quality.
